Day 7: Sloppy Joes

I'm super behind in my posts, so the details of the day will be much less until I'm caught up!

Breakfast: All natural turkey slices, wholly guacamole on whole wheat bread with a clementine


Shakeology post-workout 

Lunch: Leftover slow cooker steak fajitas on 1/2 whole wheat sandwich thin


Snack: 1/2 banana with 1 tsp peanut butter

Dinner: Sloppy Joes on whole wheat sandwich thin with Salad


  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup marinara
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • bell pepper (I used orange)

In a large skillet, cook the turkey until no longer pink. 


Add in the remaining ingredients and cook 2 minutes more.



Serve with a whole wheat bun or wrap and enjoy!

**21 Day Fix: 1 Red, 1 Green, 1 Orange

9 cups of water.
