French No-Toast

For all you gluten-free and carb-free people...this breakfast is for you!
I try to vary my breakfasts so I don't get bored and so far (thanks to Pinterest) I've been able to achieve that.

Although this recipe does not like very appetizing...it certainly is delicious! It really tastes like French Toast. I did add almond butter to mix in and I'll be honest in saying that I would leave it out the next time I make this. I also used 3 eggs instead of an egg and whites.



Ingredients:
1 banana, mashed
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp honey
coconut oil
1 Tbs nut butter


  • Combine banana and eggs.

  • Add the cinnamon, vanilla, and honey.

  • Coat a skillet with coconut oil over medium heat. Pour batter in the skillet and cook until the eggs are no longer runny.

  • Top with a Tbs of your favorite nut butter.
