Nori (Seaweed) Salmon Wraps

I love this recipe. I use it often for a quick lunch (if I run out of my usual leftovers).

Nori wraps are such a great alternative to spring roll wrappers which are made with rice paper or regular egg roll wrappers. They have great health benefits and 1 sheet is only 10 calories. When you pair it was a ton of veggies, you can have a bunch and feel full, not guilty!

You Will Need:

Nori Seaweed Wraps
Veggies of your choice (I use Cucumber and Scallions)
Wild Smoked Salmon (or protein of your choice)
Wholly Guacamole or Avocado sliced

Putting the wrap together is super easy.
Just lay all the ingredients on the Nori sheet and roll!

I still don't have the complete hang of rolling up the wraps and they might not look the prettiest, but they are YUM!
