I'm back!!
It's been 6 months since my daughter was born and I've been battling myself to get in to shape since then. I also have a spunky 2 1/2 year old son so finding the time to eat healthy and exercise is a struggle.
I know I need to get healthy for myself, but also my kids. I want to be a good example for them and be able to keep up!
I've been working really hard on getting my eating habits in check and I've been doing pretty well. I started posting photos again of my daily meals and was asked to start blogging my recipes again, so here I am!
This blog will be mostly about food and exercise. It will be about my journey to becoming the fit, happy, healthy mom that I want to be. I'll also share some of my mom insights and life lessons I've learned so far...
